Buses will leave exactly two hours from their normal time. The arrival of a bus at a bus stop or house should be almost two hours from their normal pickup. For example, if your child is picked up at 6:47am, you can estimate that 8:47am will then be the time a bus driver will arrive.
The superintendent will make the decision. Multiple news and weather sources help determine, but the superintendent will begin this process very early in the morning by driving around on various bus routes and in town to see what the physical conditions are outside and on the streets.
